Where do I begin?
You know the type of event we’ll be planning and likely the date… Let’s start with a telephone consultation, where we can gather some pertinent information, and determine if an on-site venue consultation is beneficial. Once we have identified your needs, style and vision we can make recommendations based on your budget and design. We can assist you with everything from referrals to spacial planning and flow. We are excited to help you navigate through all of your rental, design, and styling needs. For your convenience, our vast inventory has been cataloged, and is a valuable tool in the selection process. Our goal at Temecula Valley Party and Event Rentals is to assist you in making your special event a treasured memory.
Can you tell me about your inventory?
Here at Temecula Valley Party and Event Rentals we aim to service all your party rental, and decor needs. Our inventory includes everything from tables and chairs to linens and dinnerware, as well as a vast selection of furniture, decor and staging items. Our full line of Specialty Items will overwhelm even the best shoppers. Our collections include: Vintage, Rustic, Bohemian, Classic, Contemporary, Glitz, Beach, Seasonal, and Much More… If you can imagine it, we’d love the opportunity to create it.
What is the best way to view your inventory?
With all of the various styles we have to offer, more than twenty categories of rentals, and our inventory moving in and out of our warehouse… We’ve determined that our 100+ page catalog, along with styled photographs, is the ideal way to seamlessly move through the process of previewing our inventory and making your selections.
How do I reserve my rentals?
Give us a call or shoot us an email and we’d be happy to provide you with a quote. Your rental items will be secured when a deposit has been collected. Keep in mind that many of the items in our Specialty Collections are one-of-a-kind and are available on a first come basis! If you love what you see and who we are, we recommend securing your date and our beautiful rentals before they’re spoken for.
Can I make changes to my order?
In regards to the basics such as tables, chairs and linens, minor changes are expected. All orders are to be confirmed within two weeks of your event, and secured with the final payment. Please refer to the Specialty Items section below for more information regarding changes to Specialty Items.
What is a Vignette?
A vignette is a combination of designer elements used to create a visually stunning display. Whatever custom space you envision for your special event, it can be designed, decorated, and personalized. Whether it be a welcome station, lounge area, sweetheart or desert table, a Vignette provides a specialty area that is both beautiful and functional.
What is a Styled Event?
A Styled Event is the transformation of a setting or venue using design, decor, and furnishings in order to capture your unique vision, while maintaining a cohesive theme and imagery.
What are Specialty Items?
Most Specialty Items are considered to be uniquely themed decor, or one-of-a-kind items. They typically require payment in full upon reservation, and refunds are not available as they are notably in high demand. However, a Specialty Item can be replaced with a similar item, as our inventory is always expanding and it is important that our valued clients have access to our latest treasures.
What are Design Décor Packages?
Decor Packages couple design, decor and styling together. Depending on the package, our designers will make selections based on your event, vision and spacial needs. Decor Packages are typically quoted in order to customize and complete a vignette or specialty area. These packages, depending on the size and essential elements, can include everything from accent decor to lighting and backdrops. Your custom Designed Decor Package also includes personal styling at the time of your event.
Can I pick up my rentals?
Let Temecula Valley Party and Event Rentals do the heavy lifting. Our exceptional customer service continues on throughout the entire process. We will deliver, set up, and stage your event. We take pride in our attention to detail and our ability to allow you to enjoy your special occasion. No begging friends and family for help, let the experts bring your vision to life.
